The fitted has a stone six panel structured high crown and embroidered eyelets with a navy fabric squatchee button. The fitted cap also has a navy flat bill with a light blue satin undervisor. The front panel features the Chicago Cubs logo embroidery and a 1990 ASG side patch embroidery on the right panel. The left panel of the fitted displays the New Era logo and the official MLB logo embroidery on the rear crown.
