NFL Trade Rumors Right Now
With the trade deadline approaching, it is no secret that trade rumors across the National Football League are heating up. In the past couple of weeks, we have seen two blockbuster trades with regards to Christian McCaffrey's trade to the 49ers as well as the major Eagles that landed them Robert Quinn.
In this post, we are going to take an in-depth look at some of the potential trade rumors.
Green Bay Packers
There are rumors that the Green Bay Packers are scouting the trade market for wide receivers. It's clear that the Packers are still feeling a void left behind by the departure of Davante Adams. Rumors suggest that Chase Claypool could be a potential target. It's plausible that the Packers would have to give up a third-round pick for the trade to make sense, and he could be a great addition for Aaron Rodgers to target.
Philadelphia Eagles
With the New Orleans Saints having a disappointing season, rumors of Alvin Kamara being traded to the Philadelphia Eagles have heated up like Steph Curry in the 4th quarter. There's no doubt that Alvin Kamara would be icing on the cake for a dynamic Eagles offense. The Eagles have a big advantage in terms of future draft picks. I highly doubt they'll chip away at their own competitive advantage to get Kamara.
New England Patriots
Rumor has it that the New England Patriots have shown an interest in trading Nelson Agholor. Nelson is in a contract year and has a hefty amount of money coming to him this season.
Detroit Lions
Detroit Lions T.J Hockenson may also be up for trade as the rookie contract is ending next year. From the standpoint of a team with a 1-5 record, his performance has not been enough to warrant an extension in the future with the Detriot Lions. If the Lions connect with a team that needs a tight end at the trade deadline, Hockenson may be gone.
