Who's The Real HU?

The Truth and Service Classic between Harvard University and Howard University took place at Audi Field in Washington D.C. There was no doubt that the crowd response to the real "HU" would definitely be in Howard's favor, given the location. However, Harvard University would win the battle that matters the most. Harvard University would defeat Howard University by a score of 41-25. Harvard University would advance its record to 4-1, while Howard University dropped to 1-5.

Harvard would jump to a 10-0 lead thanks to a 28-yard field goal from Jonah Lipel and a 1-yard touchdown from sophomore running back Shane Mcloughlin. Bison quarterback Jaylon Tolbert would deliver a 12-yard touchdown throw to Ian Wheeler to cut the lead to 10-7. The score capped off a 6-play, 34-yard drive.
However, Howard University would storm its way back with a 17-point 2nd quarter.

After Harvard quarterback Charlie Dean connected with wide receiver Ledger Hatch for a 36-yard touchdown to cap off a 75-yard TD drive, the Howard Bison would score the final ten points of the half. Jay Tolbert connected with Brennan Brown on a 14-yard touchdown to cut the lead to 17-14.
Howard kicker Aaron Bickerton would nail a 45-yard field goal to make a 17-17 score at halftime. However, the bottom fell out for the Howard Bison in the second half. Harvard University would score 24 second-half points.

At the beginning of the third quarter, Charlie Dean would connect with Ledger Hatch once again for a 44-yard touchdown to cap off a 4-play, 62-yard drive.
Safety James Herring's blocked punt would set up the Harvard Crimson at the Howard 12-yard line. A few plays later, RB Aidan Bourget had a 1-yard touchdown, giving Harvard a 31-17 lead.

Harvard would extend their lead as Jonah Lipel would add another FG in the third quarter. The Crimson's last touchdown was all set up by an interception by defensive back Gavin Shipman. Shane McLaughlin would score a 3-yard touchdown on their ensuing drive.
Overall, Harvard quarterback Charlie Dean threw for 232 yards and two touchdowns. Aidan Bourget spearheaded the Crimson rushing attack by running for 119 yards, marking the 4th time Bourget has rushed for 100 yards this season. There's no doubt that Harvard is the real HU during this game.
